Vi søker etter en ny Nominated Person Treningssjef / Crew Training (NPCT) som får hovedansvaret for at all trening av våre piloter er i samsvar med myndighetskrav, luftfartsreguleringer og selskapets sikkerhetspraksis. Vi ser etter en treningssjef som også innehar gode evner til å samarbeide med kommersiell drift samtidig som arbeidsoppgavene som treningssjef ivaretas.

Er du også operativ pilot på AS350 vil det være en fordel om du vil kombinere rollen med flyging etter nærmere avtale.

Arbeidssted er Bringeland, Førde. Arbeidssted på en av våre øvrige baser kan vurderes.

Arbeidsspråk er Norsk og Engelsk.

Ansvarsområde:

Ansvarsområdet følger av vår godkjente operasjonsmanual:

The NP Crew Training:

a. is responsible for management and administration of the relevant training Chapter.

b. shall ensure that company training is carried out in accordance with company directives and regulations issue by the CAA-N.

c. is responsible for training new pilots. He shall ensure that they acquire sufficient knowledge and the ability to meet company standards and to pass exams required for CAA-N licenses.

d. is responsible for ensuring that OPC, PC, and recurrent annual training are performed in accordance with company and CAA-N standards.

e. shall periodically check the competency of company instructors.

f. is responsible for pilots licence applications, validations and for coordinating CAA-N rating checks as necessary. He shall keep a record of pilot licenses, recurrent training status and qualifications.

g. shall follow developments within aviation with regards to training and forward suggestions to the Chief Pilot and Flight Operations Manager for improvements.

Kvalifikasjoner:

Kvalifikasjoner følger av luftfartsregelverket: GM2 ORO.AOC.135

Nominated persons for flight operations, crew training and ground operations should have:

(1) practical experience and expertise in the application of aviation safety standards and safe operating practices;

(2) comprehensive knowledge of:

(i) the applicable EU safety regulations and any associated requirements and procedures;

(ii) the AOC holder's operations specifications; and

(iii) the need for, and content of, the relevant parts of the AOC holder's operations manual;

(3) familiarity with management systems preferably in the area of aviation;

(4) appropriate management experience, preferably in a comparable organisation; and

(5) 5 years of relevant work experience of which at least 2 years should be from the aeronautical industry in an appropriate position.

The nominated person or his/her deputy should be a current type rating instructor on a type/class operated under the AOC. The nominated person should have a thorough knowledge of the AOC holder’s crew training concept for flight, cabin and when relevant other crew.

Søkere som ikke har type rating kan også søke, men en evnt ansettelse vil da forutsette at stillingen har en assisterende NPCT.
